To begin…. In order for gravel trucks to get scheduled for a construction site in the first place, someone, generally a site leader, requested those trucks. With Vizzn enabled companies this request is submitted within Vizzn which is then converted into an event in which all of the events participants internal and subcontractors alike, assign their underlying trucks for both internal and subcontracting trucks alike.

Once scheduled, the planned events are viewable on in the calendar of every impacted person so any necessary changes can be identified and adjusted before the event even starts. A green check mark indicates everyone scheduled for the upcoming event has signed off that they agree to and understand their task.

As the events unfolds in real time VIZZN provides the drivers with interactive directions that enable them to travel to the exact site entrance and even to the exact drop off spot and then transfer the ticket electronically and all without leaving their truck.
