What are Interactive Site Safety Drawings? When safety teams prepare a Site Safety Plan and that plan includes actual drawings, those same drawings can be uploaded to Vizzn. Then, every team member on that site will be able to see themselves, on their phones, moving on those same drawings. With this feature, everyone on your sites will understand their exact position at any moment as it pertains to all surrounding hazards.

Often, underground locates and site drawings are used as a starting point for creating these site safety drawings as these drawings are already to scale. They can be further enhanced by adding additional points from the field back to those drawings. For example, a team member standing at the base of a power pole can click the “add” icon to add a geo stamped point to those same drawings; it’s good for identifying power lines, steep terrain, blind corners, haul roads, and muster points, to name a few.

With these drawings available to everyone on your site, not only is everyone safer but each team member becomes more accountable for team safety.
